Customer Service is an area in which we excel, maintaining our commitment to make the experience for customers during works exceed expectations. Communication is at the heart of customer service and for this reason we have introduced an ‘account management’ system in which all clients will be allocated a main point of contact at George Jones. This contact will enable clients to discuss any matters that arise before, during or after works in the confidence that it will be directed to the appropriate George teams to be dealt with promptly and effectively. We are committed to continuously improving our services and use Customer feedback to monitor, enhance and deliver these improvements.
